Returns Information

No returns will be accepted under any circumstances unless by prior agreement in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to examine all goods returned and to make such charge at the company’s sole discretion in this respect if it is established that the goods have been (a) not supplied by ourselves (b) misused (c) damaged (d) incorrectly installed (e) without fault (f) the correct procedures as set out in the operating instructions have not been observed.

After detailed examination the Company reserves the right to charge for repairs if in their opinion the defect is due to mishandling or improper use.
